Sorry it’s been so long since I blogged.  There has been a lot going on in my life right now and I’m really not handling it too well.  I received a call from my aunt last week that my uncle, who I call dad since mine was never around, was told that either he starts dialysis in a month or he wouldn’t live past a year and if he did start it he would live about a year and a half.  Seems like the past couple months have been a big rollercoaster and I can’t get off of it.  And a lot of other problems are popping up.  Seems like it is getting harder and harder to get out of bed.  I haven’t told hubby because there is times when you just need someone to talk to and my hubby tries to rationalize everything, when sometimes you just need someone to listen and let you cry.

Oh the upside I did take my son to the dentist to day No cavities, sad when you are looking for any good news.

Diet wise, all my motivation has ran to hide, LOL  I will find it again soon.

Finally after losing 21 lbs there is a change in jeans down 1 size.  Kind of sad that it took 21 lbs to see a change but I will take it.  Hubby is noticing how so that helps sooo much, a lot more encouraged now.  Diet continues to go well.  Thank you everyone for all your support.

Weigh in day….I am at my first mimi goal.  Think I scared everyone in the house lol.  After many times trying to lose weight I feel like I am actually going to conquer this, imagine the screams then lol.  Thank you to everyone for your wonderful support.  Have a great weekend.

Looking for motivation, seems like it has walked right out the door.  How do you make it through days like this? The days where you have to push yourself to move, just to do something.  I would really just like to scream right now and say forget it, but I’m not going to do that.  I think to myself this is the reasons I have gave up before so I have to just suck it up and keep going.  “Just take it one day at a time” is my moto for today.  Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

I can finally say goodbye to the 300lb club.  That is one club I hope to never be apart of again.  It has been a really good week with my diet, some cravings but it turns out jello is not too bad.   Work has been very stressful so I am really amazed I have stuck with it, usually I would have had to have some “stress food.”  I think drinking all the water has helped.   Actually it has been pretty easy to drink all my water now.  Have a great rest of the week.

So far so good.  I am very proud of myself I have actually been drinking my 64 oz of water everyday.  This is a major thing for me considering I have been drinking more in 1 day than I usually do all week.  The scale is VERY slowly going down, at least it is going the right way lol.  Actually had a very good week with my diet.  I am just going to have to get with the exercising, I have videos on the way.  I live in an area that I would have to drive an hour oneway to get to a gym so I figure this may be the best thing  to do.  I really needed to be able to talk with someone that knows how I feel, so I would like to thank all buddyslimers, this has to be the best site ever.   Have a great rest of the weekend.

Yippie 2 lbs gone.  I’m really hoping to be out of the 300 lb club next week.  This is going to be the year to lose this weight.  Today I had a day out with my son, it was wonderful, and I actually stayed with my diet.  What more could I ask for at this point.  We can do this.

I got up this morning all excited this is day 4 of my journey to a new life.  I have been doing well on my diet and exercising.  I got on the scale this morning and I had lost nothing still at the same weight.  This is very discouraging but I’m not going to let it get me down.  I know the weight didn’t come on over night so it will take me quite a while to get it off but it is going to happen.  I’m going to try and find some interesting recipies to keep me motivated.  Have a good day everyone.

I am new to the site and I’m looking to give and receive support for weight loss.  I have been yo yo dieting for all my adult life.  I’m married to a wonderful man and together we have a 7 year old son that is the light of my life.  It is really hard for me to get the motivation to diet since I’m the only on in the house with a weight issue.  Sometimes I feel like I need someone to say “well how did you do today, I know you can do it.”  My husband says he loves me for who I am but it is really hard to love yourself when you feel like you are a freak show.  All I want is to be able to walk into a clothing store and not have to look for “the fat clothes.”  Thanks everyone for reading and good luck to all of us!!
