day 4!
I got up this morning all excited this is day 4 of my journey to a new life. I have been doing well on my diet and exercising. I got on the scale this morning and I had lost nothing still at the same weight. This is very discouraging but I’m not going to let it get me down. I know the weight didn’t come on over night so it will take me quite a while to get it off but it is going to happen. I’m going to try and find some interesting recipies to keep me motivated. I’m only on day two and I’m starting to see this calorie counting thing as a challange. I’m still eating the things I like but in smaller amounts and in different combinations so I don’t eat too many calories in day. I think the reason I always failed in the past was that I stopped eating everything i like and ate ‘cardboard’ instead.
Find new recipes but try eating things you like in smaller amounts. If it’s not tasty you won’t stick with it.
