Motivation needed

Looking for motivation, seems like it has walked right out the door.  How do you make it through days like this? The days where you have to push yourself to move, just to do something.  I would really just like to scream right now and say forget it, but I’m not going to do that.  I think to myself this is the reasons I have gave up before so I have to just suck it up and keep going.  “Just take it one day at a time” is my moto for today.  Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

    YOU LOST 9LBS ALREADY!! Keep it going. Losing weight is a great motivator. I know what you mean though. The days where you would feel so much better just chillin…take a nap…BUT those are the days to push a little harder knowing your next weigh in is just around the corner. YOU CAN DO IT!

    You can do it! When you get frustrated just remember how much you want it, and how great it’ll feel once you get there, and how wonderful you’ll feel to look back and see how you made it!!
    You can always work your frustrations out with exercise!
    Remember, nothing tastes as good as being slimmer feels!

    Gosh I understand your frustration but I agree with Chai….Nothing will ever taste as good as looking good will feel…Keep it up, you’ll be glad you did.

    We all have days when we feel like this.
    You gotta remember it will pass and yes it will get better.

    One day at a time is a VERY good motto.

    Hey not every day can be an “A” day. You have everything headed in the right direction. Look at your chart. What is there not to be proud of. It is hard. NO one said the weight would just slide off over night. If you do as you say and take it one day at a time, you will do well. Congratulations on what you have accomplished so far.

    JUST REMEMBER HOW GOOD YOU FEEL WHILE YOU’RE GOING FOR A NICE WALK OR HOW GOOD YOU FEEL AFTERWARDS. YOU CAN DO IT. REMEMBER WHY YOU WANT THIS AND WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO TO GET WHAT YOU WANT.

    Always remember that you didn’t put the weight on overnight and it won’t come off that quickly either. I must say that you are doing amazingly though. Keep up the outstanding work and know that I am here for you!
